Top clothing brand Giordano calls on Filipinos to unleash their creative side with the Giordano Typography Tee Design Contest, a competition that aims to spread its theme “World Without Strangers” through wearable statements. Open to Filipinos aged 13 and above, participants can create Giordano shirts with their original statement, design and typography revolving around the theme. The base color of the shirt may vary, but the design should be limited to five colors only. Interested participants should submit one design each for men and women.Judging will be based on originality, creativity, execution and the relevance to the theme. Only ten designs will be featured in Giordano’s next clothing line.The winners will receive PhP15,000 in cash and PhP5,000 worth of gift certificates each as well as two complimentary Giordano shirts of their own design, while the six semi-finalists of the competition will receive a total of PhP10,000 in cash and gift certificates each. 

Giordano will only accept designs with high-resolution quality of electronic formats using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Macromedia Freehand. Designs in the form of JPG, BMP and PNG will be automatically disqualified.

 All entries should be placed in one short brown envelope containing one letter-sized colored printed shirt design with the participant’s name, one CD containing a copy of the design following Giordano’s format, a photocopy of one valid ID including the participant’s signature and birthday as well as a signed waiver that the contestant agrees to Giordano’s competition terms and conditions. Waivers may be downloaded at the official Giordano Philippines Facebook page.

 All designs may be submitted until November 11, 2012 at any Giordano outlet nationwide. Participants can also mail their entries to the Giordano Marketing Department at 170 F. Blumentritt corner San Luis, Brgy. Tibugan, San Juan City. Winners will be announced on December 12, 2012 through Giordano’s official website at http://www.giordano.com.ph/ and Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/GiordanoPhilippines. 

Here’s what I wore for one school day adventure. I’ve been wearing earth tones lately maybe I just really love the color combinations and it really goes well with my personality. Anyway I was inspired by the movie Project X and it made me reminisce all the good times in highschool BIGTIME. lol. I really miss highschool and i remember that back in highschool in our school we always wear different jackets everyday( cuz our classrooms are airconditioned) and boast about it (battle of the jackets). lol. so childish but it’s one memory in highschool that i will never forget so I decided to wear this varsity jacket with hoodie in school. It really reflects a varsity/jock/team member in a campus and what I love about this jacket is that it goes well with everything I pair with.

last week i had a shoot with radio personalities Ej Mariano, Sarah Carlos, Ysa Chong, Nikki Viola and Angela Antonio ( now i feel like a radio personality….LOL, feeling lang ). Anyway, i had a really fun shoot with this bunch for FILED . This brand is really awesome especially for students like me, they create awesome,hip and stylish file cases, file folders and THE planner! i really love everything, it’s stylish, fun and gives a lot of personality!
